We will provide you with a dedicated space on Google Drive where you can upload your data without having to worry about paying a separate fee for premium file transfer services like Dropbox, WeTransfer etc.
Once you have signed up, you will receive an invite to your private board for the project tracking tool we use to collaborate. On that board click ‘New Task’ and fill out the form to create your video request.
There isn’t any limit on file size, with many of the clients uploading footage shot in 4K. However, we do encourage our clients to download the finished videos to their systems to keep the media management clutter-free.
No, We don’t charge you for storage. However, we suggest that you utilize storage space as efficiently as possible. Once a project is complete you can download the copy to your system and remove the old project files. And only with your support, we can continue to provide best in class service to all our clients. 🙂
We provide our clients with an industry-leading tool for video proofing so that it’s accurate and smooth, in-line with our promise to deliver the best experience possible while providing maximum value.
Of course! A queue of requests will be created and your editor will start working on them in the same order. As long as you are subscribed to us, you would continue to receive a video every 48 hours. You can ask for a custom plan by contacting our chat support.
There is a limit of 45mins on the raw footage being submitted unless you are subscribed to our ‘Custom Pack’. There is no limit on the length of the finished video.
For every video you get edited by us, you have the option to get its subtitles as well. You aren’t required to buy any add-on’s, its all part of our standard plans.
We work from Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week.
You can request unlimited revisions, be it as minute as changing up font style/color that is to your liking. We will work with you till you are 100% happy.
