We believe in transparency. ‘Unlimited’ services often use gimmicks and delay tactics to bottleneck your output. By giving you a fixed number of videos, we can guarantee dedicated editor time, predictable 48-hour turnarounds, and no drop in quality

The credits do not roll over to the next month. Each plan allows you a set number of videos in a month, and they must be used within that month’s billing cycle. Once the month is over, any unused credits will expire.

No, you don’t need to have any video editing knowledge. We’ll handle all the editing for you, and you’ll receive the finished product ready for uploading.

We will provide you with a dedicated space on Google Drive where you can upload your data without having to worry about paying a separate fee for premium file transfer services like Dropbox, WeTransfer etc.

Once you have signed up, you will receive an invite to your private board for the project tracking tool we use to collaborate. On that board click ‘New Task’ and fill out the form to create your video request.

There isn’t any limit on file size, with many of the clients uploading footage shot in 4K. However, we do encourage our clients to download the finished videos to their systems to keep the media management clutter-free.

No, We don’t charge you for extra storage. However, we suggest that you utilize storage space as efficiently as possible. Once a project is complete you can download the copy to your system and remove the old project files. And only with your support, we can continue to provide best in class service to all our clients. 🙂

We use a streamlined video proofing tool frame.io that lets you click directly on the video to leave frame-accurate comments. No more typing out messy timestamps in emails.

There is a limit of 45mins on the raw footage being submitted unless you are subscribed to our ‘Custom Plan’. There is no limit on the length of the finished video.

For every video you get edited by us, you have the option to get its subtitles as well. However, you can only get up to 20 mins of subtitles for each video. If your videos are generally longer, you can get in touch with your account manager to discuss custom pricing.

We work from Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week.

Yes, you can request unlimited revisions. Whether it’s a major pacing change or a minor font tweak, we will work with you until you are 100% happy with the final export.

Yes, we take the security and confidentiality of your footage seriously. We use secure file-sharing services and cloud storage platforms to ensure your footage is kept safe and secure.
