Every subscription plan at Editvideo.io comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within your first 14 calendar days — for any reason — we will refund you in full. No awkward conversations. No hoops to jump through.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@editvideo.io within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. Please include your account email and the reason for your request — this helps us improve. Refunds will not be processed after the 14-day window has passed.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Fees & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription is charged monthly on the date you signed up. Charges reflect the pricing listed on our pricing page at the time of your transaction. This policy applies to all subscription plans. Custom or enterprise plans may have separate billing agreements as specified at the time of purchase.
Monthly Video Credits
Video credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over to the following month. Any unused credits expire at the end of your billing period. This applies to all standard subscription plans. If you consistently need more videos than your plan allows, please contact us about a custom plan.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are only available within the first 14 days of your initial purchase. Monthly renewals, quarterly payments, and custom plans are non-refundable after the initial 14-day guarantee period has passed. If you have a separate agreement with Editvideo.io, the terms of that agreement will apply.
Cancellation & Account Closure
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing david@editvideo.io. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period and you can continue using your remaining credits. Once your account is terminated, all associated data may be permanently deleted. We recommend downloading your completed videos before cancelling.
