No matter how many revisions, we will give you the number we promise you in our plan.

The credits do not roll over to the next month. Each plan allows you a set number of videos in a month, and they must be used within that month’s billing cycle. Once the month is over, any unused credits will expire.

No, you don’t need to have any video editing knowledge. We’ll handle all the editing for you, and you’ll receive the finished product ready for uploading.

If you feel that you require something tailor-made to your needs, for instance, more videos in a month, we can assess and draw up a plan specifically for you. Reach out to our chat support to request a quote.

We will provide you with a dedicated space on Google Drive where you can upload your data without having to worry about paying a separate fee for premium file transfer services like Dropbox, WeTransfer etc.

There isn’t any limit on file size, with many of the clients uploading footage shot in 4K. However, we do encourage our clients to download the finished videos to their systems to keep the media management clutter-free.

No, We don’t charge you for extra storage. However, we suggest that you utilize storage space as efficiently as possible. Once a project is complete you can download the copy to your system and remove the old project files. And only with your support, we can continue to provide best in class service to all our clients. 🙂

We provide our clients with an industry-leading tool for video proofing so that it’s accurate and smooth, in-line with our promise to deliver the best experience possible while providing maximum value.

There is a limit of 45mins on the raw footage being submitted unless you are subscribed to our ‘Custom Plan’. There is no limit on the length of the finished video.

For every video you get edited by us, you have the option to get its subtitles as well. However, you can only get up to 20 mins of subtitles for each video. If your videos are generally longer, you can get in touch with your account manager to discuss custom pricing.

We work from Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week.

You can request unlimited revisions, be it as minute as changing up font style/color that is to your liking. We will work with you till you are 100% happy.

Yes, we take the security and confidentiality of your footage seriously. We use secure file-sharing services and cloud storage platforms to ensure your footage is kept safe and secure.
